Is PatrolCore a CAD or RMS?
No. PatrolCore is a personal shift companion for Field references, a device-local Report Helper, DUI/SFST support, Wallet reminders, and a private Library. It does not replace CAD, RMS, evidence systems, dispatch, supervision, or legal judgment.
Where are report and DUI details stored?
Report narratives and DUI stop details are encrypted on the officer's device and are not synced to PatrolCore. Only an officer-reviewed redacted report copy may be sent for AI grading. PatrolCore is not a CJIS-compliant system of record or a replacement for your agency's authorized system.
Who is PatrolCore for?
Individual officers, deputies, recruits, and retired officers. Registration uses a verified email and a self-attested law-enforcement role; it does not imply agency verification or endorsement.
How much AI is included?
Free includes 20 successfully delivered AI actions per UTC calendar month. Pro includes 500 per month, whether billed monthly or yearly. Refusals and failed requests do not consume the allowance.
Can I use Tennessee references on day one?
Only published, human-reviewed content appears in Field. Tennessee is the first package; additional states are released independently after review.
How does billing work if payment fails?
Past-due subscriptions fall back to Free access until billing is restored. Pro is $4.99 monthly or $39.99 yearly, with native mobile purchases restored through the app stores.
